With over 20 years of expertise in a variety of industries, Kathrin heads our Field Services team. Her expertise in business re-engineering, construction, and quality assurance, as well as her consulting experience, has resulted in an established track record as a leader who successfully leads and manages highly productive, motivated, and diverse teams. She recognises that a successful organisation requires a focus on enhancing efficiency, quality, trust, and consistency through transparency, communication, and continual process improvement. Kathrin holds a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of East Anglia and a Black Belt Six Sigma Certification from the Technical University of Munich.
Aline understands that a great culture exemplifies team performance and is hugely important to the success of a company. She loves improving systems and she is always seeking ways to be more efficient. At Encepta, her senior management role includes leading our HRTeam, internal communications and A&I (adoption and implementation of new applications). She is dedicated to empowering people, and her experience working in start-up environments complements Encepta by providing high-skilled, agile, detail-oriented, and growth-driven processes that ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
